Emails pass through in real time and are not retained. In rare failure scenarios, encrypted data may briefly exist in a retry queue (up to 24 hours) before automatic deletion. You can opt into Private mode for zero retention under all circumstances. We keep only delivery metadata for failure reporting, auto-deleted after 30 days.
